Sorriso Grille in Ankeny

Stopped by for breakfast and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the 1/2 Platter breakfast, it was wonderful and very generous serving. Wish I could ordered 1/4 as I couldn't finish.

This place serves some tasty breakfast! I had the Double Eggs Benedict and left with a smile on my face and a happy stomach. Sorriso is a clean, cozy restaurant with friendly servers. Their small parking lot was packed when we got there, but there was no wait. It's definitely worth a visit.

SUPER GOOD FOOD. AND VERY GOOD STAFF. ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO EAT.

Few other times I've been here the food has been good. Tried it again today, and it was fantastic! Chicken fried steak was done perfectly. My son had cinnamon roll French toast, and it too was amazing! Also had cinnamon rolls we split between 4 of us for a breakfast appetizer, and they were the best restuarant cinnamon rolls I have had in a long time! We will definitely be going back (especially since it's my mother-in-law's favorite). Best breakfast option in the Ankeny area!

Great food & home town atmosphere!

In and out in a half houre, and was good also. Dont find that very often.

Friendly service, quick orders, great food.

Good food. Hashbrowns were soggy. Everyone had different things. It was all good. The breakfast burrito was fresh and tasty. I had chicken fried steak. Plenty of gravy.

This place is small but mighty..a good breakfast and my eggs were cooked perfectly..basted soft..which is a plus in my book.A few minor hiccups were the Sausage Gravy could use a little more flavor and also a better grade of Bacon would make this meal unforgettable

Truly the best breakfast place in the metro. We had omletes, eggs benedicts, biscuit and gravy, and scrambled eggs. Everything was delicious. The eggs benedict was our favorite. This place is worth coming back to over and over!!! I am now a loyal customer and fan.

Nice family owned restaurant. Fast, friendy service. Food was very good and portions were abundant. Highly recommend. Note: they close after thr lunch hour and do not serve dinner...

We thought they were open till 2 on the wknds, but when we got there saw they are only open till 1, it was 12:55. We were going to leave and they said no, come on in. Our server was awesome! The food was awesome! Wish i would of taken pictures!

I visit this outstanding restaurant every couple of days as I love the special atmosphere that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is extremely loving and qualified. The service is certainly fast. Needless to say, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I came many times and I was always delighted. The payment is honest. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

Was great for lunch. Food was great, plenty of distancing, and good old fashioned service. Would recommend the Italian Sub hot, and of course a side of tots!!

Went here for brunch, cute little restaurant. They have a lot of the standard breakfast items. I personally went for Eggs Benedict, my favorite. It was totally worth it, awesome flavor. Family owned and it shows. This place rocks in more than one way. The staff is awesome the food is awesome and the location is perfect. I can't say enough about this place I just love it.

Great little place for breakfast, emphasizing little. That parking lot is small, as is the restaurant. If they get busy the kitchen gets overwhelmed. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. If you can deal with slower service you’ll find the food is good. Interesting flavors & combinations. Th Carney platter is enough for 3-4 people. The spicy sausage may be better than Graziano’s
